  • Wrong Parking Solutions: Refunds may be issued for Wrong Parking Solutions only if the service was not delivered as described or if there was an error in processing the request.
  • Breakdown Assistance: Refunds may be considered for Breakdown Assistance only if the service was not provided within a reasonable timeframe or if there was a failure to adequately address the issue.

2. Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@roadrescue.in within few days of the service being provided.
  • You may be asked to provide details of the service request and any relevant documentation to support your refund claim

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within few days of approval of the refund request.
